For current and past clients, we offer sleep plan design adjustments to grow with your baby. As babies’ needs change developmentally, so do their routines and schedules.
One 30-minute coaching call to review sleep plan adjustments and address questions/concerns

*Note: Due to the behavioral component of toddlers and sleep, there is not a standard method, approach, or sleep plan. We use the coaching calls to develop a customized plan and approach to meet each family where they are, and make updates as needed to meet your parenting style and toddler’s temperament. This is a great package if you're looking for a customized plan to fit the needs of your family, with some support to get your started as you begin plan implementation.
